Issuance of Tokenised Securities: Intermediaries issuing Tokenised Securities remain responsible for the arrangement, regardless of outsourcing to third party service providers. The SFC may require Product Providers to demonstrate the soundness of the arrangements, and obtain audits and legal opinions.
